I don't ever write reviews, but I had such a great experience buying my new Ford Explorer from Craig Holsman over the internet from River View Ford that I wanted to share my experience. He made the entire process very easy. He first helped us find an Explorer with the exact features that were looking for and he gave us the best price right off the bat. He was fully transparent with all of the numbers and he had everything ready to go when we arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase. Upon arrival at the dealership he had a gentleman named Aldo complete the process. Aldo was very nice and extremely helpful, thorough, but yet efficient. Jeannie in the Finance Department was also very nice to deal with. They had us out of there in under an hour I have never purchased a car this quickly or this painlessly before. Thank you Craig, Aldo, Jeannie and the entire Riverview Ford Team for such a wonderful buying experience!! We will be back for future purchases!!

My wife and I initiated a search for a new Mustang Mach-e Premium in August 2025. Craig was most awesome in that search, though we had to put it on hold for about a year. We initiated a new search late evening on August 25th of this year, and Craig alerted us before dawn on the 26th that he had the specific color we were looking for on the lot. He asked us to stop by and talk to Aldo since he was not @ the dealership that evening. Aldo took us through some basics and then accompanied us on a test drive. We asked Craig to search the area for a lighter colored interior, which he took care of immediately. After some back and forth, we decided the dark interior would be better in the end. Craig did some more magic and helped locking in a price we were happy with by 2:00 PM on the 27th. We let him know we were going to stop by to pick it up in the coming days, but wifey, said, let’s go now, so we motored on up to the dealership, and were there by 4:00 PM. Craig had us working with Corey for the closing paperwork and pickup. Corey was also very efficient and provided us a tutorial on the car’s features. Pattie in Finance was very helpful in sharing insights and best options to complete the transaction. Never had a better overall car buying experience! The entire team @ River View Ford demonstrated their care for us from start to finish. Pleased beyond!

Worked with Craig thru the Costco referral and incentives program. He was wonderful to work with. Responded very quickly and honest answers up front. My wife and I got the vehicle she wanted and loves it! Unfortunately, when it came time to signing, Craig was not available, but Cory and Joe walked us thru the process and was a positive & excellent experience. Highly recommended!

We dealt with an individual by the name of Craig Holsman who was helpful at first , found a vehicle we agreed upon and he said on 8/16 we would have this Ford Mustang GT premium in our possession the morning of 8/18 . The wife and I overjoyed in anticipation of her retirement gift were jovial . On 8/17 at 4:35 p. m. I received a call from Craig Holsman , excited by the purchase of a new vehicle the next morning I quickly answered the call . Craig Holsman informed us that the vehicle was not available. I told him his services are no longer needed

I worked with Craig over several days to locate the kind of vehicle i wanted. He was extremely responsive, and very clear and knowledgeable during the entire process. When it came time to complete the sale, Steve M. familiarized me with the many functions of the new car, as well as helped with the initial paperwork. The finance person (whose name escapes me) was fast but clear as to exactly what I needed to do - all paperwork was ready to go when I walked into his office. Finally, the delivery team did a great job of dropping my new SUV off exactly when and where I wanted. As always, these folks do a great job!

My car broke down and it wasn't worth the cost of repair. I contacted Costco auto program and in 10 minutes Craig returned my call. He had the vehicle I wanted and the next day I went and purchased. Craig stayed in direct contact with me during the entire process. Craig and everyone at the dealership were wonderful to work with I will buy next car from them and I will recommend them to any and all customers

Our fabulous customer experience started with Craig. He went above and beyond to find the Ford F150 that we were looking for. During the entire process, Craig's communication was consistent & transparent. He was also extremely patient with all of our questions & requests. Jeanne, in finance, also went above and beyond to find us the best rate for financing. The day we picked up our new truck, Corey & the General Manager were waiting at the front door to greet us. The final paperwork & process in the dealership was streamlined & efficient. It was the best vehicle purchasing experience that we've ever had. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Craig helped me to find a very specifically optioned vehicle and in an amazingly quick time as well. Far exceeded my expectations on all counts. Extremely straightforward process- the most straightforward I've ever experienced in buying a car. When it came time to pickup, Aldo helped us with the final paperwork.
